COVID-19 Wellness Resources

According to the Contra Costa County Office of Education (CCCOE),

"The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) may be stressful for people and communities. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. We have compiled a list of helpful resources to use when talking to kids about COVID-19."

CCCOE has a website with numerous links and resources that helps students, families, and peers talk about this important topic. Click on links below for the website and for a COVID-19 and Vaping Chart (PDF).
