Transcript Requests

Horizons CIS has partnered with Parchment for all electronic transcript services for current students and alumni. Parchment is a secure service that allows you to place and track orders online, accessible 24/7. Transcripts will be sent directly to the admissions office or location of your choice.

IMPORTANT - Students must use a personal email address to create an account. DO NOT USE student@mdusd.net EMAIL.

Cost for Parchment Transcript Requests: 

Current students: Free

Alumni: $5.00 per transcript. If more than one  transcript is ordered, each transcript has a $5 charge. Transcripts must be paid by credit card when you order, and you will be able to see the exact costs for each order prior to entering your credit card information. Parchment accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

Employment Verification Requests: $12.50  per request. 

 

SENIORS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FINAL TRANSCRIPTS

* Only applicable at the end of the school year. * 

When placing your order for FINAL transcripts you MUST select “Hold for Grades"  on the question “When do you want this sent?” If you do not select “Hold for Grades,” your request will be processed within 2-3 days and WILL NOT reflect that you are a graduate or include your spring semester grades.
